How to eat American ginseng
1. Containing method
Put American ginseng in a casserole and steam it with water to soften it, then cut it into thin slices and put it in a clean glass or porcelain bottle. Take 2 to 4 slices each before breakfast and after dinner every day, chew and swallow carefully.
2. Powdering method
Grind American ginseng into fine powder, use 5g of ginseng powder each time and put it in a cup, pour in boiling water and cover it for about 5 minutes before drinking, and you can repeat the brewing several times until it has no taste.
3. Stewing method
Slice American ginseng, take 2 to 5g a day and put it in a porcelain bowl, add appropriate amount of water and soak for 3 to 5 hours. Cover the bowl, then put the bowl in the pot, steam and stew for 20 to 30 minutes, and take it half an hour before breakfast.
